Automation – in the building,  there are sensors working which that tell the system about  various changes in the environment (temperature, precipitation, wind, light intensity, energy consumption, etc.). This information is constantly processed by the system, which according to the configuration may cause the series of events on the basis of these readings. For example, a strong wind will close the blinds and roller shutters on the windows, reading the room temperature will not only be information for the control of heating, but also may activate the fire alarm while exceeding the fixed threshold.

EXTENSION - we operate in a standard installation called "switch". This is usually a button on the wall located near the device, which is attached (light for example). Its location is planned in the house project and any modifications of its location need to involve both any conversion of wiring and choosing another, permanent location. In Homiq-“ switch”  is any device included in the system (the wall button, touch panel, telephone, computer, etc). Thanks to such solution, we are not forced to a fixed location of a  "switch." It can be anywhere and then when we feel like having it. Today we light the lamp switch in the kitchen, tomorrow the same switch will be able to start watering  in the garden.  Finally it may  prove to be the best place for the opening of wicket . It’s worth mentioning that  wires are not relevant in this case and their reconstruction is not necessary.
